WP 7 – Dissemination and exploitation (valorisation) – CNFPA (RO), main responsible

Objectives of the seventh WP :

- to ensure the general spreading of the project’s information
- to ensure the extension of awareness about the project’s outcomes
- to design a strategy of sustainability/dissemination of VINEPAC

Activities planed to take place in the seventh WP:
- General dissemination plan (each partner institution will design a dissemination plan according with its networks and resources).
- Before the project: in order to prepare the international conference held in Romania on AE teacher training the representatives of the partner institution will maintain a strong cooperation and communication with project coordinators. During the project national conference held in Romania, Timisoara (17-18 November 2006);
- Special sessions (work shops, seminars) during the Adult Learner’s Week.
- Each partner will organize its country round tables discussion forums, debates for disseminating the outcomes.
- Each partner will have the task to establish a list with national and international events for VINEPAC dissemination (during the first months of the project).
- The activities planned for the period after the end project will be included in the sustainability work plan.

5. 6. Newsletter to be sent to the external working group + other relevant institutions.
7. Project presentation (in the national language) and the link to the VINEPAC site on the web sites of all partners institution 8. The project web site, in English, will give access to general information about the project, being used as a mean for earlier dissemination, but also for partners’ communication, development of project activities, monitoring. At the end of the project, the project outcomes will be available on the site, together with an e-portfolio for adult educators, interested in preliminary assessment of their psycho-pedagogical competences. For the creation of the web site, IREA will subcontract this task
9. The material called “VINEPAC Summary” available in English and the national languages will comprise the outputs developed during the project activities.
