WP 6 – Testing and validating the instruments previously developed – GWU (MT), main responsible

Objectives of the sixth WP :

 - to apply in practice the set of instruments previously developed
- to elaborate reports that gathers the feedback received after applying the instrument

Activities planed to take place in the sixth WP:
- Design an overall plan for testing and validation phase
- Identify the persons from the target group in order to be involved in the testing phase
- Carry on the process of validation and assessment
- Collect feedback form the field activity and presented them in an report to be send to the WP co-coordinator
- Use the feedback received from the testing activity in order to improve the products of the previous

Outcomes :
1. The reports that will comprise useful hints, directions, suggestions, recommendations collected during the testing and validating activities will be elaborated by the partners involved in this process. Further they will present the experts’ suggestion for improvement and the impact on the target groups of the VINEPAC products in their concrete application.
2. All the partners will be involved in testing and validating that will be carried on a small group of AE practitioners. They will have to apply the whole battery of instruments and offer their feedback and also the feedback of the tested group, so that the instruments will be validated from two distinct points of view. The feedback (regarding the utility, relevance, strong and weak points, redundancies etc.) will be presented in a report that will be sent by the partner involved to the WP coordinator.
3. The WP coordinator, having the support of the main contributors, will synthesize all these reports into a single guideline to improve the WP 5’s outputs.
