WP 4 – Elaboration of the standards and indicators – ENESAD (FR), main responsible

Objectives of the fourth WP :

- to establish the standards for teacher and trainer working in AE, based on the competency profile.
- to elaborate a set of indicators corresponding to each standard

Activities planed to take place in the fourth WP:
- Establish the standards based on the competency profile previously designed;
- Design the indicators related to the standards established
- Collect and analyzing the information about national AE context of the partner countries
- Identify, based on the internet searching the existing experience materials and resources
- Write the national report

Outcomes:
1. Competency standards – will be developed throughout the process of standardization. The competencies mapped into the common competency profile, will be generalized and turned into competence standards.

2. Indicators established for each level of competence (for instance: unsatisfactory, satisfactory, proficient, outstanding, evidence) - will provide specific outcomes to be measured when developing a set of assessment tools.

** The standards and the indicators developed during this WP will be included in the Resource package – VINEPAc translated and printed under WP 7
