WP 3 – Development of the competency profile – UB (RO), main responsible

Objectives of the third WP :

- to identify the most relevant competencies of adult educators based on their key roles in the knowledge society at both national and European level
- to design a common competency framework for adult educators at European level

Activities planed to take place in the third WP:
- Map the roles that adult educators have to fulfill in the knowledge –base society
- Establish the common competency framework – throughout this activity will be defined the adult educator competencies needed to perform him/her work satisfactorily, according with the mapped rolls
- Collect and analyze the information about national AE context of the partner countries
- Identify, based on the internet searching the existing experience materials and resources Write the national report (in collaboration with the other Romanian partners: CNFPA, UB)

Outputs:
1. Common psycho-pedagogical competencies profile for teachers and trainers working with adults, from the common points identified in the first phase, but also from European and international experiences on this topic.
2. National report (in collaboration with the other Romanian partners: IREA, CNFPA)
