WP 1 – Project management – IREA (RO), main responsible

Objectives of the first WP :

- to monitor the progress project run
- to develop and sustain a consistent and open network between the involved partner institutions and an efficient partnership - to realize an external and internal continuing evaluation of the VINEPAC activities and outcomes
- to ensure the high quality of the project management and proper financial distribution

Activities planed to take place in the first WP:
- Project management
- Establish the comunication rules (project website/platform, emails, others)
- Monitorization and internal/external evaluation
- Collect and analyze the information about national AE context of the partner countries
- Identify, based on the internet searching the existing experience materials and resources
- Write the national report (in collaboration with the other Romanian partners: CNFPA, UB)
